This policy explains what Bendout (the "App"), an arrow puzzle game for iPhone published by TuranliApp, does with your information. It covers Bendout only; where the general TuranliApp Privacy Policy differs, this page applies.
In short: no account, no request to track you, no analytics service of our own, and we do not sell your data. Your progress stays on your device and in your own iCloud account. Bendout is free and shows ads from Google AdMob; in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google first asks for your consent. Purchases are paid through Apple and confirmed by RevenueCat.
İsmail Turanlı, trading as TuranliApp in Austria, is responsible for this processing (the "controller"). Contact: ismailturanli91@gmail.com.
| Information | When and why | Who receives it | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advertising data: IP address (and the approximate location derived from it), device model, iOS and App version, language, the identifier for vendor (IDFV) and other device identifiers, your consent choices, how you interact with ads (for example, whether an ad was shown, tapped or watched to the end), and performance, crash and diagnostic data from the ad software | From the point where you have cleared your third level, to ask for consent where the law requires it, and to load, show, count, cap the frequency of and measure ads and prevent ad fraud. Where you consent, or outside the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland where the law allows it, Google and its partners may also use it to personalise ads | Google (AdMob, and Google's consent form). With your consent in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, also the advertising partners listed in the consent form | Under Google's policy: Google removes part of the IP address from its ad logs after 9 months and cookie information after 18 months. Partners: under their own policies, linked from the consent form |
| Purchase information: a random App User ID, your IDFV, the products you buy and when, your purchase history and entitlements, and technical details such as IP address, App Store country, device model, language, App version and iOS version. Never your payment-card details | When the App opens, to show prices and check whether you own "No ads", and when you buy or restore a purchase, to confirm it and deliver it exactly once | RevenueCat, which processes it for us (Apple processes the payment itself) | As long as the App is offered, so that purchases can be restored, or until you ask us to delete it |
| Your game backup: levels cleared, stars and best times per level, your gold, lives and boosters, and the timing data the life refill uses | Whenever your progress or game items change, if iCloud is on, so your progress comes back on a new iPhone or after reinstalling | Apple, in your own iCloud account (iCloud key-value storage). We cannot see or access it | Until your Bendout data is deleted from iCloud; write to us if you need help with that |
| Your emails to us | Only if you contact us, to answer you | TuranliApp | Up to 3 years after our last message, unless the law requires longer |
Ads and tracking. Bendout never asks for permission to track you (Apple's App Tracking Transparency), so Google cannot use your Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Google and, where you allow it, its partners may still use the information above under their own policies, including to personalise ads where the law allows. In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears before any ad and offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. If you do not consent, Google may still show limited ads, which do not store or read information on your device and are not personalised; that is how the game stays free. Where the consent form applies, you can change your choice at any time after it first appears, in the App under Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices. Buying "No ads" turns off the ads that appear between levels; rewarded ads you choose to watch remain available. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Links. This page and our Terms of Use are hosted on GitHub Pages, which receives your IP address when you open them. The App Store rating request is shown and handled by Apple.
Do you have to provide this information? No. Bendout asks you for nothing. The information above is sent automatically when you play, buy or see ads; without it the App cannot show ads, sell or restore purchases, or back up your progress. You can play without iCloud and without buying anything.
Your progress, gold, lives and boosters, levels in progress, your vibration setting, a record of purchases already delivered, the counters the App uses to space out ads, offers and rating requests, Google's record of your consent choices, and RevenueCat's App User ID and purchase status are stored on your device. Of these, only levels cleared, stars, best times, gold, lives and boosters are also copied to your iCloud backup (section 2). A protected copy of your gold, lives and boosters is also kept in the device's Keychain, which never leaves the device but which iOS may keep after the App is deleted. Deleting the App removes everything else on the device, subject to your device backups.
Your right to object. You can object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, for reasons relating to your situation, by writing to us. Where Google decides on its own purposes (as with ad measurement), you can also object through Google's consent form.
Personalised ads involve profiling by Google and its partners to choose ads that may interest you. It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. Bendout makes no automated decisions about you.
Google, RevenueCat and Apple may process information in the United States and other countries. Google and RevenueCat rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Apple relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses. Write to us for a copy of the safeguards that apply. See also the RevenueCat Privacy Policy and the Apple Privacy Policy.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Bendout has no account, so we hold no profile of you. Purchase records held for us by RevenueCat can be given to you or deleted on request; tell us roughly when you bought what, or send the Apple receipt from your email, so we can find them. For data Google uses for its own purposes, we will help you reach Google. Write to ismailturanli91@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to a data-protection authority, such as the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde or the one where you live.
California and other U.S. states. We do not sell personal information for money. Outside the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google may use the advertising data in section 2 to personalise ads, which some U.S. state laws call "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time in the App under Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Bendout is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children should play with a parent's or guardian's permission, and parents can block purchases with Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We will update this policy when Bendout's features, providers or the law change, revise the date at the top, and publish important changes before the affected App version is released.
Your use of Bendout is governed by the Bendout Terms of Use. This policy explains how we handle information and is not part of that agreement.
