This policy explains what Charm AI: Rizz App & Wingman (the "App"), an iOS app published by TuranliApp, does with your information. It covers Charm AI only; where the general TuranliApp Privacy Policy differs, this page applies.
In short: Charm AI is for adults aged 18 or older. There is no account, no advertising and no cross-app tracking, and we do not sell your data. Conversation text, screenshots, photos and imported chats leave your device only after you allow AI data sharing and start an AI action. A Chat Wrapped export is read on your device; only a limited message sample and statistics are sent for AI insights. History, favorites and settings stay on your device.

Charm AI is intended only for adults aged 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). The parental-consent pathway for ages 13–17 in the general TuranliApp Privacy Policy and Terms of Use does not apply to Charm AI: users under 18 must not use the App, even with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will delete any information we control.

Other people's messages. A screenshot, pasted conversation or imported chat contains messages written by someone else. Choose only content you are entitled to use, and leave out anything sensitive that is not needed, such as phone numbers, addresses or health information.
When you select a WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger export, the App reads it on your device to find the conversation and calculate statistics. To read it, the App may make a temporary copy inside its own storage; it tries to delete that copy after reading and removes leftovers the next time you import, and iOS may also remove temporary files. The statistics and insights you see are not uploaded to us.
Requests are encrypted in transit and pass through AIProxy, which applies security checks before forwarding them. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in (see OpenAI API data controls and the AIProxy Privacy Policy). Content is also checked by OpenAI's safety (moderation) service before a result is generated.
A small free-use counter is kept in your device's secure storage and may remain on the device after the App is deleted. It contains no conversation content. Premium is not unlimited: AI requests from free and Premium users are subject to fair-use and security limits. If a limit is reached, the App tells you, and AI features become available again later.
History, favorites, your writing-style summary (the raw samples are not saved), language and App preferences, and your subscription status are stored only on your device, in storage shared between the App and the Charm keyboard. They are not uploaded to us, so we cannot restore them. The reset option in Profile clears these records; deleting the App removes them, except the free-use counter described in Section 6 and your device backups. Notifications are optional and scheduled by iOS on your device.
Photos: screenshots and profile photos are chosen through Apple's photo picker, so the App receives only the images you select and does not ask for access to your photo library. Keyboard Full Access, so the Charm keyboard can send a reply request you start and read your subscription status. Notifications, for optional reminders. AIProxy, OpenAI, Google, RevenueCat, GitHub and Apple may process information in the United States and other countries. They do so under their own data-protection terms and transfer safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Because AI requests are not tied to an account and we keep no server copy of your conversations, we usually cannot find a particular request, but we will help with any request about data we control. Write to ismailturanli91@gmail.com; we normally reply within 30 days. You can also complain to a data-protection authority, such as the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde or the one where you live.
We will update this policy when Charm AI's features, providers or the law change, revise the date at the top, and publish important changes before the affected App version is released.
